My Compaq Presario V6000 just crashed, now...

my Compaq Presario V6000 just crashed, now it continually restarts telling me windows can not find a solution for the error and that recent software change may have caused this. I can even restore from a previous date, it just says it failed. what do I need to do to fix it?

- So to confirm, I can not start the computer and get into windows. It simply re starts, I cant even open safe mode, downloading the latest version is impossible

if it is vista enabled . u just have to download the latest version..
