Here is information about the error code:

KEB Error "E. OP"
ERROR overpotential (voltage)
1 Voltage in the DC-link cicuit is too high.
Occurs if the DC-link circuit voltage exceeds the permisible value.
Causes:
- poor controller adjustment (overshooting)
- input voltage too high
- interference voltages at the input
- deceleration ramp to short
- braking resistor defective or too small

Given the very technical nature of the KEB, I lean toward referring to the manufacturer's support. F5 signals an error in the water supply line, which may mean that the tap is not open far enough or that there is an error in water pressure

The E.pu error is a general power stage failure.
Typically means that the unit has a defective power stage that would need to be replaced.
If it is an old inverter(early 2000's) there is a possibility that it could be a cooling fan problem since at that time there was a three wire fan used. May be able to replace the fan (must obtain from KEB) but there may still be problems with power stage. If it is from early 2000's then you might be better off replacing the unit with new current version.

There is no error code F5. Could you mean 05? That is a flash error

it means that your oven is showing a restart code
