Yesterday, I noticed the ice in the ice maker melting and the temperature dropping on the refrigerator side. The lights still operate when I open the doors, and there is a faint sound near the back and the bottow front, letting me know that something's working. Please tell me why my refrigerator is not cooling and freezing properly and what I should do. Thanks!

Check to see if the compressor is coming on. Make sure all fans(2) are running and that the coil is free of dust and buildup.
