Panasonic 51 inch TV projection troubles

The picture has red line/lines in the middle. At the bottom when there is writing it is doubled. At first just the writing was off, now the red seems to be getting worse/bigger. How do I fix it. Please share any links to a repair kit and one that has detail instructions to follow. Thanks for any help.
