Error Code E075-004 on a clc 1000 I have

Error Code E075-004 on a clc 1000 I have Re-position the transfer belt but I keep getting this error code and told to turn off and then on but the error keep commin back. I was also told that i had to go into service mode and do this (E075/RLS in > Function > F-MISAp) But I have no ideal how to evon start to get to service mode. Can Someone Please Help Me?

go to service mode by *2&8 * then you can release the error E075,Asterisk(*) button is in left side of control panel just lift the small cover .hope this will help
