JLG RH397D Component output problem

By dpw700 on Jul 05, 2009

Just got a LG RH397D and the Component output doesn't work with my TV - Hitachi C29-F500DR.

The TV shows 2 fuzzy but readable signals side by side.

I've currently got it running with S-video output.

The output from the foxtel (Aussie cable TV) box (Scart to Component cable) works fine.

The Pioneer DVD works fine too.

I used the same cable as is working with the Pioneer DVD.(i.e. the cable is not the problem.)

Any ideas? I suspect the box is crook. Seems to work well in all other respects.
