I have only had this thing since December, it doesn't read, or load. Never stayed charged, always had to have it plugged in and we bought it brand new. Anyone have any other problems and can anyone tell me how to get it sent back for a refund? Same problems with my brothers daughters player. Same brand, bought at same time.
