Question about Insignia IS 20" TV040919 TV
We bought this TV from Best Buy as christmas gift for grandma. She never set it up, so a couple weeks ago (in October) we split her cable and set it. The black and white works fine but the color comes in rainbow streaks. Even though its never been turned on, Insignia said its out of warranty, and Best buy doesn't carry this tv any more. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
The tv has been dropped or banged around, you can try to get a degaussing coil and fix the colors, if you cant pull them back out than it would need a CRT/Picture tube...in other words the tv would not be worth anything.
