I HAVE A 22" WESTINGHOUSE LCD MONITOR L192 ONW AND THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT I CANNOT ROTATE THE SCREEN 180 DEGREES.THE STAND BROKE AND I WANT TO MOUNT IT ON MY WALL UPSIDE-DOWN BUT IT TELLS ME IT IS UNABLE TO DO SO AND I HAVE TRIED VARIOUS CONFIGURATIONS, RESPONSE TIMES AND RESOLUTION SETTINGS...

There are many ways.

With Intel HD Graphics Control Panel:
Rotate to 0 Degree: <Ctrl><Alt>Up arrow
Rotate to 90 Degree: <Ctrl><Alt>Left arrow
Rotate to 180 Degree: <Ctrl><Alt>Down arrow
Rotate to 270 Degree: <Ctrl><Alt>Right arrow

You can enter this Hot Keys panel by pressing:
<Ctrl><Alt>F6

Or right click on the desktop you will find:
Graphic Option. Click on it and in the expanded balloon,
Click "Rotation"

On monitor menu. This, I have no information. Couldn't find it on my Dell E2011H menu.

Some wide-screen monitors have a "rotate" option in the software that comes with the monitor -- you physically rotate the screen 90 degrees, and then Windows will rotate the entire "desktop" so that you now have an "extra-tall' screen, instead of an "extra-wide" screen.

im not sure if this will help but if your video card have its own control panel try going there and try looking for Rotate Display or something close to it. Im using Nvidia 6200LE and it has the option to rotate 90 and 180 degrees..you might want to try it
