I have the EZ vinyl converter and have down loaded the software. I keep getting the message that the computer is unable to connect to the turntable, it is pugged in and the power is on and the USB cable is plugged in. What am I doing wrong (I have windows XP)

To determine if the turntable or your CPU is the problem, plug the turntable into a different CPU to see if the system is found. If not found, the turntable is faulty.
