Go to fujifilmusa.com or google fuji cameras. The software is available from their site. Have patience, theirs is NOT the easiest site to navigate when looking for support. Why don't you get a cheap card reader and transfer pics that way? Sure beats plugging in a cable and waiting for Windows to think about your camera being a hard drive or not and then assigning it a drive letter and on and on.
