There are two screws that hold the CD/DVD drive in place on a laptop. I'm not familiar with your particular model but these screws are sometimes located on the bottom of the case and marked as such, others have them located under the keyboard. If you don't see them on the case bottom, look in your owners manual and see if it describes how to lift the keyboard. I don't recommend you try removing the keyboard without some clear instructions to follow as its real easy to break something on a laptop if you don't know what your doing. (voice of experience speaking here)

Dual boot Linux/Windows7 working fine then suddenly can't boot into windows. Message is "BootMgr bad or missing". Restarrting and pressing f8 to get into advanced boot menu doesn't work, brings me back to Grub menu.
