I have a duotherm double unit A/C setup on a 2003 Triple E Commander - I reset the thermostat by pressing the top and bottom buttons on start up - "FF" code shows up, but now it doesn't recognize Zone 2 (the second unit) Any suggestions?

- Both units have control boards - should the dip switches on both be set to 1 and 2, or should the front be one and the back be 2?
In the main unit, remove the inner shroud and then pull down the control unit (two phillips screws). Remove the access cover on the control box to view the dip switches. The switches should be set to Zone 1 and Zone 2 to on and then the furnace to on (if so equipped). If the zones are not in the in position, then set them to the correct position and reset the thermostat again. If they are correct, try turning them off, resetting the thermostat and then turning them back on and resetting again. If this does not work, then you have a bad thermostat or control box.
Hope this helps,
Jeff

- Front air is zone 1 and rear air is zone 2. Set them accordingly and reset the thermostat again. It should now recognize zone 2.

I have a tempstar with 6 wires. Green, Blue, Red, Yellow,White, and Orange. I am trying to install a White Rodgers 300 thermostat and letters are not matching up. The thermostat has G, A, RC, RH, O, B, Y, and W. I don't know where to hook the blue wire which was labeled C. Unless it goes to RC and the red goes to RH could you please help? Thanks
