my blower blew a 3 amp fuse..i replaced it....the blower is running...but the ac wont kick back on

- the cable guy came overto install a new phone line and left in a hury very nervous.....we think he shorted something....he turned the house power on and off a couple of times....not sure why.....i checked the flashing light code #24.....checked the fuse ....it was blown....and changed it......exterior ac unit will not start.....furnace blower is working fine......any clue?

Not sure what fuse blew. But if it is a Carrier unit, look at your circuit board, ck for a small red light on the board, see if it is on and flashing. Look on your board for the flash code. That will tell you basicly whats wrong, place to start.
