my amp was working fine for about three hours when i realized the speaker box had turned off and the amp went into protection mode...all connections are correct...does anyone have a solution?

the problem is most likely internal like resistors, capacitors, and or mosfets

I hit post before I was finished. When you know the speakers are OK, unplug the amplifier. Look for a circuit protection device on the back of the amp. It will be a tiny red or white button and make say "circuit breaker". Push it back in to reset. This should do the trick. If not, send me an email at bigbrono@gmail.com. Good Luck!

it probably overheated try a 12 volt fan
