Question about Balance CM2019 19" LCD Monitor
I have had this monitor for about 1 year and 6 months. it has been working with no problems tell this week. when i turned it on this week the screen size was640 by 480 pixels and 4bits of color quality. i allways have it at 1024 by 768 pixels and 32 bit color quality. so i go to display properties and try to change it back. but when i hit apply or ok it resets to 640 by 480 pixels and 4 bit color quality. i do not know what to do can some one help me.

Sounds like your ether running the computer in safe mode are you need to reinstall your graphics card driver.
If you are running it in safe mode which I seriously doubt then it should say Safe mode in the corners of the screen and all you should have to do is restart the computer and everything should be ok
More likely your graphics card driver is messed up for some reason.
the easy way to update and fix the driver is to go to the manufacturer of the graphics cards web site and download the newest driver
to check what card you have go to display properties, the settings tab , click advanced then click the adapter tab and it should tell you what type it is.
when you know what brand and model you have you can go to the manufacturers download site and download the latest driver set and run the installer. these are only some of most common manufacturers I didn't mention yours just google it.
for intel graphics its
wouldn't hurt to do a virus scan sounds like something corrupted that driver and that can't be good or it could just be windows being strange
A good free antivirus if you don't have one is AVG
