When i downloaded the firmware upgrade onto my Nuvico dv3 16000 camera system,directly from Nuvico,it doesnt want to download video files to cd OR dvd,it says "NO DATA" but it records to the hard drive and keeps it just fine,before i upgraded it, it worked just fine but the upgrade was to modernize it.Its got 500 gbytes of recordable space,and Nuvico wont accept responsibility,any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated
We do not use the dvd recorder that comes with the dvr. We put it on our network and use the software utility to pull off any file footage we need. Though it is in a format does not allow you to play it back on a standard dvr (you must use the file viewer and a pc) it is very easy to get the footage off.
Did u try using a cd cleaner the dvr only accepts cdr not dvd try using the usb port with a thumb drive to see what happens
Press and hold the Up button and the Shutter button (S2) simultaneously and then press the Power button to
turn it off.
Turn on the camera and check whether the camera is reset or not.
This is a lastset upgrade and full firmware for S860 camera.
