I get the video adapter error when trying to install the software for Digital Arts studio Fisher Price. I have called the support desk 3 times and emailed once to no avail very very unhelpful to say the least. All my drivers are up to date my system meets the requirements and still it wont work. Help any ideas as to what driver it is looking for and how i can install it and make it compatible. I have had this thing for almost 2 weeks and my 4 yr old is very annoyed that it wont work.

- Thanks for the link I have previously been directed to this link and all my updates have been undertaken and I dont have any of the other issues so this doesn't help me. If I knew what the video adapter was that it was referring to that may help but they are up to date anyway.Jul 05, 2009
- I have it just says that the video adapter is not installed properly or not compatible. I have a code 31 error on AMD 8151-Transport AGP 3.0 Graphics Tunnel, I have no clue if this is related or not i have run a code 31 error fix but no goSponsored Links

Also, a restore is always a good way to cut the possible reasons. This removes the possibility of a conflicting software or driver. Just make sure you install all the correct drivers, etc.

- Do you have the specs of the computer? The only thing I can think of is to give us as much information as possible. This is one of those situations where the smallest detail could give us the answer.Also, a restore is always a good way to cut the possible reasons. This removes the possibility of a conflicting software or driver. Just make sure you install all the correct drivers, etc.
