Fridge and freezer stopped cooling. seems like
fridge and freezer stopped cooling. seems like fan blowing, but not blowing cold enough air. fan in back of unit stopped running I believe. What could be the problem.

Does "the fan in the back of unit", mean the back of freezer, or back of underneath the box by compressor?
