Computer gone blank

try to uninstall all software all ready install of your pc the an nsesarry software
how to do this
go to the start menu and din looking control panel can you see the ad and remove program click it
and din will show the currently install program look carefully and if have name the software an necesary uninstall it
or try to delete all cookies .. how to do this?
go to the control looking for network and internet connections and double click it and din you can see the internet option click it, and you see the other window appear click the delete all files and delete cookies, try to do this, thank you have a nice day...
