Problem for HP LaserJet 1022 Printer

Double image appears on all printouts

hopefully is the cartridge and not the printer. the ghosted image can be erased (mostly) so it is not completely 'fused,' hence my thought that it is a cartridge issue.

The cleaning blade in the toner cartridge is defective.
