Error message F15 keeps coming up and the machine stops is this repairable?
Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.
I can confirm that an F15 fault means 'Gearchange failure (too slow)'.
Unfortunately, since December 2012 we have been unable to offer servicing or support for CR01 or CR02 washing machines. In October 2012 we proactively contacted all Dyson washing machine owners we'd interacted with within the last 4 years to make them aware of this.
I'm sorry that I'm not able to help further in this particular instance, but if you'd like to discuss this with our experts you're welcome to call us on 0800 298 0298. We're available from 8am-8pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am-6pm on weekends. Calls are free from UK landlines.
