You need to find where to enter the settings for an smtp server. (simple mail transport protocol) Most internet service providers allow clients to use their smtp server. For instance, for Shaw in Canada to smtp server is mail.shaw.ca. Some will require authentication in which case you will need to have a valid account with that provider.

simple..sometimes the incoming is not your mail server(shaw.ca) but the isp(service providor)..is shaw.ca your internet provider.
