Try here, this is the company's website, I downloaded there the version of the driver for XP, once you're in the site, click on "product", then on the section "tablet", once there you just have to search for your tablet model and click on "more", it will sen you to the specifications of your tablet, and there you will find the download section, you just have to pick the operative system you're using and then click on "download" to get the driver you need.

If you install another graphics card or have a graphics card with 2 monitor outputs then yes!
Windows will expand the desktop across both screens and you can choose the screen layout in the standard display properties.
You will probably need to set the G-pen to relative mode if not already (behaves more like a mouse).
