My coputer is new and was just on it yesterday and now today it will not take my password.

Enter your login name, type the password, you will get an "incorrect password"
Right below that will be something like "forgot your password", usually type in your valid email address and the program will send out an email with instruction on how to change the password.

Firstly, this is FixYa, and if anyone here had your PayPal password, you'd have no money in your account.

Secondly, if the thing works fine today, follow the maxim: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Reset

Go th google they will send you a restart link to your email

Change your FaceBook password.
Change your FaceBook "secret questions".
Contact FaceBook, to say that you have changed your password.

There should be another message right under the spaces for your online identity and password. Click on that message and Face Book will send you your password and will likely encourage you to change your password as quickly as possible.

Face Book will send you a new code as well. Just make sure you also check your spam mail before deleting it becausing sometimes important mail does get filtered through there.
