The Remote control of the Viper Fan works normally when commanding the light on or off, and when commanded to turn the fan on low or off, but when you turn the fan on Medium or High, the fan will not command off and neither will the ligth command on or off. To add to the confusion if the fan is commanded to turn off from any of the speed settings, and the fan blades are turning slowly, it will turn of OK??? I have changed the remote battery for a fresh new one and the problem remains. _ HELP!!!
