We have just purchased a Kia Sedona (2005/06) which has a Rosen DVD player installed. There is no power to the DVD Player (although the interior lights on it do work). There is also no power to the cigarette lighter, but I don't know if this is due to the same issue! We have checked the fuses under the bonnet, nothing seems to be wrong, can't find any other fuses. Any help is gratefully appreciated! Thanks.

As far as i know, all Rosen in-car dvd players come with IR (infra-red) headphones so the sound is transmitted that way rather than using a lead from the headphones to the unit, therfore no sockets are neccessary!

could be a loose or weak wire connected in the rear. Did you have this professionally installed? I would check the wires before trashing. There are fuses in those units, maybe able to have fixed by a shop. Good Luck

there is an addendum in the owners manual of ours on page two saying only with VWs the A7 is not configured to provide speaker sound through the vehicle speakers. helpline number is 019332 732 331. We have a VW touran also and can't get it to work :(

put dvd purple wire to the car gray wire your traverse has positive trigger. Hope that works , switch has to go to positive on dome switch . Please post back if that works.
