Problem for D-Link RangeBooster G WBR-2310 Wireless Router (WBR2310)
Same problem, COD for PS3 only works with 2310 on reboot
At one time and for only a few hours it worked by itself. My management to the router stopped working though. So i did a reboot on the router, then it was back to the exact same problem, where a reboot to the router was necessiary to be able to get online gaming to work and i had to be in the waiting for connection state on the PS3.
Generally i have to try the connection first, and then while waiting, reboot the router.

just got off the phone with dlink (my 2310 is dead lights 1-4 always on
the sec you plug it in.)
The correct reset procedure is push reset button for 10 sec unplug power do not release the reset button wait 10 sec more. next plug in the power THEN release the rest button. hope this helps
