Problem for Sub-Zero 611 / O Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

Temp in refrigerator won't go below 50 degrees

My 690 is 8 years old and the fan seems to be on all the time. Now the temp won't go down in the refrigerator. The light switch has to be wiggled to get the light to go on now too. I would like to remove the panel on top to clean the fan or the cols but I don't know how to get in there. Help?
