We want to cancel the movie in the middle of its showing and watch another movie instead of the one that is on the tv.

Try pressing the home button twice (quickly) and when the app appears, swipe it upwards to close the app.
You can then re-open it and begin a new movie.

Does your TV support the movie format you are trying to watch? Should be AVI, but actually not even all AVI movies are supported. If you are watching AVI on a software player, you can find the appropiate Codec, but you can't modify the video decoder of a TV set.

Unable to access netflix movies

Try uninstalling the Netflix app then shut the tablet completely down wait 1 minute then reboot. Then reinstall the app and set up the password again.

Press the home button twice and stop the app. by "swishing" it toward the top of the screen - this will close the app.

How do I change movies in the middle of a movieIn other words how do I turn a move off in the middle of the movie?

Close the app by pressing the home button twice and then "swish" the app toward the top of the screen. This will close the app, then you can start again.
