Start/pause button is not working on my LG washing machine. All other buttons are working fine?

Problem maybe that the START/PAUSE button has broken loose from the control panel. All the buttons are attached to control panel and "hinged" so when you press the button, the button presses a small button switch on the display control. You may have to order
the Control Panel.. Disassembly is required to inspect.
It would be least likely that the Display PCB is bad..

How do you control dd605i dishwasher when touch controls do not work? My wife saw the service man control the top panel using the front buttons.

This will only control the diagnostic service mode, it will not run a regular wash cycle.

My start button doesn't work, very loose, appears to be off track to engage

Had same problem but solution was different. Start button looked slightly misaligned and wouldn't always work. Followed instructions to pull off front control panel, removed LED display panel and the plastic tab that the start button was attached to had broken off from the panel. Used a good epoxy to glue the edges back together and it works like new. Also broke two tabs that hold the LED panel inside the front plate due to the plastic becoming brittle. Again, epoxy is your friend. Works like new. d04211d8-3b3d-44fc-bc8c-6da6cd6ecf7e.jpg

Volume icon missing

Which operating system ??

In Windows and on a Mac, you can use an icon shaped like an audio speaker to adjust the computer's volume or mute the sound output completely.

Whichever operating system you are running, it is possible to remove the volume icon from the screen.

Click the "System Preferences" icon on the dock.

The control panel isn't working properly. How do

Try getting in through the start menu, your documents, and your search bar. If all fails, then start your computers command prompt, (type in search button in start menu: "cmd") just type in: "start control" and press enter; the control panel will launch. Also, if you type "run" in your start menu search bar and type in control followed by pressing the enter key, the control panel should start up.

Dishwasher won't start and start button doesn't light, but other buttons respond

I think you still have warranty, it sounds you have faulty control panel, even if it's new does not mean it is good.

Buttons don't work [7, 9 & Start]

make sure the unit is not control locked, usually holding start for 5 seconds activates this, most kitchenaids contain a lock symbol on control panel so hold that if you have it.

if its not control locked and not in sabbath mode (sometimes this is a SAB or to some looks like 5A6 on control panel) holding clock pad for 5 seconds activates and deactivates this same as start does with control lock

when you order the part you want to replace the part called Clock AKA PCB AKA ECB, these are the three most common names, the control panel is the decorative cover
