The default IP address of your router is 192.168.0.1.
You can connect to the router by typing http://192.168.0.1 in the address field of your browser. When prompted, enter "admin" for the user name and "password" for the password, both in lower case letters.
If that default IP address got changed, then you can find it by opening a command prompt (Win-key+R), type "cmd" and in the prompt that opens "ipconfig" and hit "Enter".
The IP address of your router is next to "Default Gateway".
