If you can still log on to the site and play games they obviously did not close your account even though you may have requested it. If you cannot login to your account, then of course they should not be billing you any longer. I would revisit their page and double-check on the cancel membership process. forward a mail requesting the same to [email protected] will cancel
it for you and you will recieve an acknowledge ment mail also
immediately.

If you have not threatened to cancel, do so now. give them one more time (i mean, you already gave them what 4 mulligna?) and if it shows up again....cancel.
