your control may be shorted due to getting wet. make sure the coil isnt frozen or that the drain line is clear and the inside of the furnace isnt wet. sometimes just letting it dry could solve the problem depending on the severity of water damage of course. more info would be needed to give you further diagnosis

I replaced the 50A51-495 two stage automatic interrupted ignition control and must have not correctly connected the low voltage wires. The furnice fires ok but the fan doesn't start. The LED light flashes fast which according to the direction is signaling the call for heat. I think I miswired the white wires.
