Need to factory reset HTC 3G

Keeps asking for my Facebook account details I don't have Facebook

Check on your email on the spam and junk filters if the reset confirmation mail was there. If there is none, you can try this link

Please make sure the phone is asking for the PIN of the SIM card. If it is asking for "SIM network unlock PIN" you will need to get an unlock code. You can get one within 30 minutes here

Never send out any private information like pictures or details of drivers license or bank accounts, especially from your phone. Instead, you need to go into your Facebook account on a trusted computer, and add your mobile number in your privacy settings.

You should check that your account wasn't hacked because if so the hackers may have written the abuse. However Facebook is not organised and super unreliable but if you contact them and they reply then you are lucky. Ask them for details like when you last signed in and if you didn't sign in when they told you then you know someone has hacked into your Facebook account which means you have to try to reset your password or erase your Facebook account permanently as it could cause to dangerous situations.

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.
