i have a NOKIA N-72 cell phone and its phone memory is full it was showing 19MB memory in use and no free space available.. i started deleting msgs from it.. i selected some around 175 msgs to delete at a single time and it couldnt perform the operation.. since then i am not able to use my messaging services.. then i changed the SIM and again started the phone 2 msgs got deleted..again i selected certain msgs but the operation was again unable to perform.. and after that am not able to acess my phone.. not even the menu button..
plz give me a solution...

formate your cellphone once..through the step shown below
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer button, * button, and ‘3′ button.
3. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
4. When the message ‘Formatting’ appears on the screen, release all of the buttons.
