I have a Nikon coolpix s550. The battery chamber door won't close completely. It does not appear to be broken so I don't know how to fix it!

two things here could be causing the problem

1. the memory card is not completely inserted or is inserted in the wrong direction
2. the sam thing goes for the batteries too

and my suggestion take out the bateries and check to see if anything os obstructing the too from inside
