How do I tell if the router is defective? the product is P/N:BIR655ANA...A4, S/N:f35F489021138, MACID:0022B0B1EE91. I also have an SLEEZWIL000 and iiuwkb42 references. I beleive product is still under warranty.

go to the website of the manufacture and check and see
or just call there help desk and replace it
