The media buttons on my Toshiba Satellite have a very loud beep that I can not turn off. The control panel is flat paneled. I would like some help on how to turn this 'beeping noise' off when I adjust the volume buttons. Thanks for your help. Using Vista(for the moment).

I had the same problem. They sure make it tough for you, don't they?
Urgh... it was annoying. Anyway, this is what fixed it for me, a solution from
another site:
In the control panel, under sounds. Go to the speaker properties, and then the levels tab and mute the computer beep level.
