Downloaded a theme restarted iphone now its frozen!

downloaded the bloodelf theme on the installer thing. its the 1st iphone now the damn thing keeps bringing up my passcode with the loading circle thing then closes the passcode lock then reopens. home and sleep wake button tried it and it keeps on doing it. any suggestions? any programs i can download to extract the program from there or would itunes help? or should i just bring it to an apple store? fml
