Where do I find the word, excel on the supersonic tables

My supersonic tablet sc1010jbbt google play has stopped

1) Check if the network cables attached to your wireless routers are connected properly.
2) Check if the internet connectivity LED flashes, if not then there is an issue with your internet and you need to call your Internet service provider.

Doing a hard factory reset

If you allowed the battery to go dead you will have to remove the back, unplug the battery, then take an old phone charger cut off the plug that goes into the phone, strip back the wires hook them (in the proper polarity) to the battery and plug it in and allow it to charge for a little while, every time my wife runs my battery dead on my Asus Memopad I do this overnight, in the morning plug the battery back into the tablet and you're ready to go. VERY IMPORTANT! get the battery and charger polarity correct, the battery wires are usually red +, Black - I hope this helps you

This may or may not be fixable without replacment parts. The hopeful solution would be to open the tablet and take a look at the ribbon cable for the digitizer to see if it was moved. Check all the cables to make sure they aren't damaged, and are seated properly. You can get parts online such as ebay if you suspect a damaged touch screen. I think these are around $25-$30.
