My new yahoo mail will not let me compose a new

My new yahoo mail will not let me compose a new message and will not let me reply to new messages - nor will it let me return to mail classic. It just loads forever. This has been going off and on since I changed email 4 weeks ago. Sometimes it continues this way for a whole week! When people send me messages there seems to be a big delay. Please help!

I tried to download yahoo messenger, and, could not. Ever since then, everytime I go to my yahoo mail, it will let me access and read my mail. But, when I try to forward anything, I always get bumped off line, and, have to start all over. This is getting very annoying.
