GE Profile Artica(psc23ngma ww) Refrigerator Buzzing

Hi.. I have a GE Profile Artica(psc23ngma ww) and it is buzzing from the freezer. It stops whenever I open the door. I called a repair guy who ended up being a flake. He came and took the thing apart and told me he was going to order the part and never came back. I was able to reassemble the thing and obviously the thing is still buzzing.. I checked the evaporator fan and it doesn't seem to be touching anything. Of course that is how it looks when I have the whole thing apart and once I put it back together again there's the cover and all the millions of pieces that go over it. It seems to be cooling fine just making an annoying noise. Any other ideas?
