Did your problem start after you replaced the relay?make sure all lights are off----dome,trunk,glove compartment lights.any aftermarket stereo equipment like amps?check the fuse box with a test light, you should only get power from the cigarrete lighter, radio, cooling fan, horn, power door/mirror,brake fuses.if you get power where you shouldnt thats the starting point and you need to trace back to that particular component.let me know.

If the problem only happened after you installed a new fan relay then I suspect that the ground is not connecting, causing constant power to the relay. The relay may be faulty too even if it's new. You need to use an ohm meter to test the relay and connections. Post them here if you like.

I would say that it is the ground somewhere or two live wire touching somewhere. That seems to be the only reason your relay would act up.

It may be as simple as the connector to the relay, I would check that first.

!999 Ford Escort SE will not start, In a day i take a few trips sometimes will start, battery fine, battery terminals cleaned, but will start if jumped, i'm thinking some sort of temperature/resis

It could be the battery. Make sure you get the battery checked. Make sure it is not just charging but able to hold a load and doesn't drain. The other problem it could be is with the firing of your distributor. I had a problem with my chevy s-10 where it would start and then after driving and stoping for a brief period it would not start. Then after a long period it would start again. I change all my plugs and still had the same problem. I changed the spark plug wires and had the same problems. I had someone to look at it and they changed a part in the distributor that had rusted. I think it was the relay.

Car not starting in the morning after being on battery charger for 2 hours it starts and goes all day and the next day wont start again

either have a battery drain or your battery or alternator is bad-you can check all these things out if you have a battery voltmeter. The battery should be at 12.5 volts after sitting overnight and it should be close to 15 volts when first started, gradually dropping down to about 14.2 volts at idle.

BATTERY IS GOOD SO IS THE STARTER AND THE ALTENATOR WHY DO I KEEP HAVING TO HAVE JUMP STARTS? 1997 FORD ESCORT

How long does it take for the battery to go dead, overnight, couple of days?

Have you checked the electrical system for draws? You'll need a multi meter capable of reading amperage. Disconnect the positive cable and hook the meter up in series with the battery and the positive cable. You want to make sure the key is out of the ignition, all the doors are closed and all the dome lights etc are turned off before doing this. If you get a reading of more than .050 amps than you have a draw. You may have to wait for 20 minutes or so for everything to power down to get an accurate reading.

If you have a draw of more than .050 amps than you can start pulling fuses one at a time until the draw goes away and then focus on the things that fuse supplies power to. Make sure you put the fuse back that you pulled out before pulling the next.

If there are no draws and the battery goes dead overnight disconnect the battery, let it sit overnight and then see if the battery will start the vehicle in the morning. Every once in a while you will run into a battery that has an internal draw and will run itself down all by itself.

Battery drain

Sounds like either the battery is bad or a diode is blown in the alternator. Could be the voltage regulator, but not likely.
Other than that, there is something connected to the electrical system that is draining the battery.
