Windows8 64 bit operating system, i want the bluetooth driver?

if you install xp then find out the xp drivers in www.lenovo.com > select country > support and downloads > model number> etc. After downloading file >install the driver > after installation reboot your computer > after machin on you just switch on the wifi or bluetooth switch (near you laptop hinzes) and try it.

Try Pressing Fn + F6 and check whether bluetooth icon is visible at the top of your clock on your right side of the taskbar

Windows 7 is a new platform and every hardware manufacture is developing the driver suits for it.Meanwhile you will have to download the drivers directly from the chip manufacturers site e.g. for sound you can download it from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/.
About the chip manufacturers you can know from the Y510 page where the drivers are there for Vista or XP.

i am using lenovo 3000 g430, and i am fall in problem about bluetooth,
i am already install xp and vista, but when i install the bluetooth driver
one warning message show me "bluetooth device not detected"
my bluetooth device switch is on but indicator led light still off,
please help me , how can i use bluetooth in this laptop.

Power drain would be a better solution in this case.
1.first shut down the comp
2.unplug the charger
3. remove the battery
and after press and hold the power button for 60 seconds without any charger and the battery.After the 60 seconds replug the battery and the charger and turn the computerif it doesn't resolve go to device manager and go to the last option USB controllers and uninstall all the USB related drivers and after that restarted the computer.
Open your computer's web browser.
Type following URL into your browser's address bar:
"http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-66973.html"
Press enter and your browser will open the Lenovo USB webcam download page.
or

Click the "lenovousbwebcam.exe" link to save the driver installation file to your computer.
Double-click the downloaded EXE file, and follow the on-screen prompts to install your Lenovo webcam.
Click the "mediaonegallery.exe" link to save the Lenovo Media One Gallery application installation file to your computer.
Double-click the EXE file, and follow the on-screen prompts to install the Media One Gallery application for use with your Lenovo USB webcam.
Restart your computer to save changes.
When you reboot your computer you can click the Media One Gallery shortcut to use your webcam
