F602 fans stopped working

It's hard to say - are you getting power to the fans? Check with a meter or test light.

Minka gyro fan noise, my fan has a popping sound at the same point in each full rotation.

i'd take it back and get a replacement. It has a lifetime motor warranty. I used to sale Minka Aire but always had motor problems.

Remove blades

I am having new blades sent from tech support, they broke. Call them at 800 221 7977. If over 1 year sense you got them, say how many units you bought and they might give you for free. Worked for us. Hopes this helps.

Noise from one of the fans on gyro fan

Please see my Solution to the post about the "HOT" motor, with blades that don't turn.
The Minka Aire Gyro fan heads do NOT have any exposed screws that can be tightened. Checking the rear (wood color) pointy trim piece -- first loosen, turn fan blades a bit, then it. tighten back up.

If your fan was just fine before, and now it's cranky, the problem could be the motor head's "tweaked" out of balance: EITHER from the rear trim piece (see above), or from the twin support arms. OR, the fan head has somehow gotten off-kilter and is whirling out of balance.
FIRST, gently rock each fan blade - they are PVC plastic, not wood, and should not Warp. Do they all look the same? Do they feel snug or loose in the fan head? IF that's all good...
1) With the fan OFF, swing that motor head thru it's up and down range a few times, make sure it's moving like the good one.
2) do the above-mentioned pointy trim piece thing, and the "swing thru" thing; rec-check BY HAND to see if it's corrected.
3) If not, check for fan head wobble by slowly turning the blade (fan head) and see if it's running parallel to the motor head. IF NOT, use a thin plastic (spatula) and gently wedge the kiltered side back to parallel - recheck afte each "nudge". It should spin nice and flat with no wobble, and not feel loose, either!
BY HAND: Spin the blades fast - does it bang? NO? great!
Yes? Double check that the grill hasn't gotten banged, and pushing into the blade's path. Re-try the "adjustment" of the fan head - if it still does not remove the problem, then the internal motor shaft supports may be loose, or broken.
Hope this Helps!

Minka aire f602

There are tiny dip switches on the remote as well as on the receiver. Make sure they are set to the same sequence. The receiver is the black box that all the wires connect to in the ceiling.

Traditional Gyro by Minka Aire - Just installed and does not work

I would triple check that the wiring is correct, then I would check the dip switches on the receiver and the wall switch to make sure they are set the same.
