Monitor is chopping of display and messed up calibration.

I purchased this Acer LCD 21" monitor in January, but didn't set it up until late February, and I had this Acer X213Wbd monitor calibrated and running properly (display), but something has happened to the display. The right side of the screen display is chopped off and white text on black backgrounds have ghosts - very visible ghosts. Text display seems overly sharp and some of the text is very faint.

This monitor has buttons along the bottom which essentially are useless for adjusting the displays properly. I also can't find a way to reset it to factory settings.
