Was the CD drive there once before or never at all? (IE, is this a new build or have you been running on this system for a while?)

LOOK FOR UPPECASE AND LOWERCASE AND DELETE IT THAT SHOULD SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEM

Call acer, or better yet microsoft, and ask them to walk byou through redowloading and installing your drivers.
