Hi James. The website for ZeePad is www.zeepad.net but unfortunately, there is no contact information there that I've been able to find. There is indeed a link for "Contact Us" but it's not operational.
I've worked on quite a few of these tablets--never the Zeepad specifically, but you are likely to find that by the time you get the replacement power button and find someone to install it, it will be cheaper in the end to replace the tablet. I hope I'm wrong, but many of these imports are just so inexpensively built it's just not cost-effective to repair them.
Here are the some simple steps to hard reset your ZeePad 7.0:- 1.)First of all,Go to Settings -> Storage -> Factory Data Reset. 2.)Otherwise,Power of the device completely. 3.) Now,Hold down both volumes and power button simultaneously. 4.)After doing this, you should get an android on its back opened up or something. 5.)Now,Press both volumes at same time to open up a small blue text menu. 6.)Then use Vol - and Vol + to navigate the Recovery mode. 7.)Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "yes" from the menu then press power again.
