Hello, The model is JVM1350WW 002. Symptoms: Lights come on, display works, fan does not come on, turntable does not turn and the heating unit (microwave device: is that a magenetron?) does not come on. So, you close the door to cook something, enter a time, push start. The lights inside the microwave come on, and the display counts down. At the end of the time period the buzzer signals the timer is done and that everything should be concluded. However, the food has not cooked, the fan did not run and the turntable did not turn. Can you help me figure out what might the the issue?
I have this same problem and have tried moving the handle around as suggested in another post. Why would the light come on and the timer start counting down if it had to do with the door switch? Wouldn't the microwave not do that if the door was not shut? I have this same problem and have tried moving the handle around as suggested in another post. This is usually a bad door swithc or loose or broken door switch mount.

We see (and repair) this a lot. The problem is on the control panel, which
we regularly repair nationwide by mail for $39.95 postpaid with a one year
guarantee.
This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament
shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first
unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a
failure on the controller.
This can often also affect the exhaust fan, cooling fan, turntable, and/or inside light operation, too.
Details of our service are at
our Web site, along with a video showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
Feel free to contact me directly with your brand, full model number and symptoms.

The handle part number is WB15X335 and is available from a number of sources online. You can replace the handle alone, but you need to take the inside door panel off to get at the screws. It's been too long since I've worked on a GE to remember if you need any special tools (some ovens have security screws holding things together).
I'm guessing that nothing is working...is that right? If so, first guess is the breaker or an internal fuse. Nearly all units have them. You don't say what fuse you checked. Unplug the unit, remove the bulb and see what is in the socket. Next, open the breaker and then turn it back on. This will reset it. Something caused this.
I have this same problem and have tried moving the handle around as suggested in another post. Why would the light come on and the timer start counting down if it had to do with the door switch? Wouldn't the microwave not do that if the door was not shut?
